She earned her bachelor’s degree from The University
of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from California State
University at Northridge as an English Fellow, and a doctorate
with Honors from UCLA as a Change Management Fellow. Scheele
has served on UCLA’s Advisory Board, UC Irvine’s
Alumni Board, Avon’s Women of Enterprise Board, Women
in Business Board, The Association of Women Business Owners
